Hint for Homework 2.4#2

Problem 2.4#2 is a second order differential equation. It belongs in Section 3.2 which we will do next week. In particular, Theorem 3.2.1 easily answers this question. If you use Theorem 3.2.1 on your homework, please state that you are doing so.

Alternatively, it is fine to work 2.4#4 instead of this problem.
