Lorenz Equations

We wrote the program lorenz.c to solve the Lorenz equations

x' = σ(y−x)

y' = x(ρ−z)−y

z' = xy−βz

where σ=10, ρ=28 and β=8/3 using Euler's method.

The output of the program was graphed with gnuplot using the commands

$ gnuplot
